British pop trio Say Now have released 'Hot and Talking', their new single and the latest preview of their debut EP. The song will appear on 'Say What You See', which is due on 13 November via Atlantic Records. The release details were reported by Rolling Stone.

Say Now are Amelia, Maddie and Ysabelle. The three previously performed under the name needanamebro before changing to Say Now. They are signed to Atlantic Records, which will release the EP.

'Say What You See' is a six-track EP. An EP, or extended play, is a record longer than a single but shorter than an album, and it is often used to introduce a new act. The six tracks will make up the group's first full collection under the Say Now name.

The EP has been co-written and executive-produced by PinkPantheress. That means she helped write the songs and oversaw the project as a whole, shaping how it sounds from start to finish. Her role covers the EP overall, not just one song.

'Hot and Talking' itself was produced by PinkPantheress, according to Contact Music. Production here means building the backing track, arranging the vocals and guiding the recording. The group also cited Girls Aloud as an inspiration for the song.

'Hot and Talking' is the second track to be released from 'Say What You See', as noted by Official Charts. It follows 'Met My Match', which came out in September. Both 'Met My Match' and 'Hot and Talking' will appear on the EP.

What makes this stand out for listeners is how quickly the picture is filling in. Two songs are out. Four are still to hear. The November date gives fans a clear point on the calendar for the full set.

For anyone new to the group, the rollout is straightforward to follow. Start with 'Met My Match' from September, then move to 'Hot and Talking'. The two singles together lead to 'Say What You See' on 13 November, the group's first extended release under the Say Now name.
