Chris Colfer Joins Darren Criss for Glee Reunion Duet in London

Chris Colfer joined Darren Criss on stage at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Sunday, 18 October 2026. The pair sang "Baby It's Cold Outside" together during Criss's one-night-only concert. Variety reported the duet as the show's reunion moment.
Criss started the number alone. Colfer walked out a few verses later to finish it with him. The performance was staged as an homage to their characters on Glee, Blaine Anderson and Kurt Hummel.
That history goes back 16 years. Colfer played Kurt and Criss played Blaine on the television series, which premiered in September 2009. They first sang "Baby It's Cold Outside" together in Season 2, Episode 10, "A Very Glee Christmas," which aired in 2010. Kurt and Blaine began dating in Season 2 and were engaged and married by the final season.
Criss had auditioned several times before landing the part. His attempts began with the show's pilot, meaning the first test episode made to sell the series, before he was cast as Blaine.
The London date was presented under the title "Darren Criss - Live at the Royal Albert Hall." Listings from Royal Albert Hall and Lambert Jackson billed it as a return to London for a very special one-night-only concert in the venue's Auditorium, with a 2:00pm start. A separate tour listing has Criss down to play the Curran Theatre in San Francisco on Saturday, 14 November 2026.
Talk of Glee's future also featured around the show. Co-creator Ryan Murphy has said he, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan have written a script for a potential reboot, meaning a new version of the series. Murphy said he has been in touch with around 10 original cast members about the idea.
For fans, this means a familiar pairing back in the same room. One song. Two voices most viewers first heard together in 2010.
