The Gentlemen Season 3 Is Filming, With Robert Carlyle, Elijah Wood and Orlando Bloom Added to the Cast

Filming has started on Season 3 of The Gentlemen, and the crime series has added a run of well-known names. Variety reported on 23 October 2026 that Robert Carlyle, Elijah Wood and Orlando Bloom have all joined the cast.
The new names also include Dexter Fletcher, Bruna Marquezine, Ed Speleers, Saffron Burrows and Bugzy Malone. Production is taking place in the U.K. and Morocco, so the season will be shot across two countries.
The series is created by Guy Ritchie, the director best known for films such as Snatch. He is also a series writer alongside Matthew Read, and he directs Season 3 with Evan Creevy. The season is produced by Moonage Pictures for Netflix, the streaming service, and Miramax TV, the television arm of the film company Miramax.
Theo James and Kaya Scodelario return as Eddie Horniman and Susie Glass, the couple at the centre of the story. They are joined by a returning group that includes Ray Winstone, Joely Richardson, Vinnie Jones, Jasmine Blackborow, Harry Goodwins, Benjamin Clementine and Maya Jama.
Not everyone from earlier seasons is back. Daniel Ings and Giancarlo Esposito are not among the returning cast.
The plot picks up with Eddie and Susie building a casino in the Middle East. Season 3 will run for eight episodes, each 60 minutes long.
Meghan Markle's name had been linked to the cast in rumours. She did not join the series, according to the same report.
For the people working on the show, the next stretch is long and busy. Eight hour-long episodes mean a full schedule for actors, writers, directors and the crews who build the sets and film on location. The cast announcement is one of the first public signs that the production has moved from planning into shooting.
