Investigation Discovery (ID) will air a four-part documentary series about Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan, Variety reported on October 29, 2026. The series is called "Andrew Tate: Toxic Empire," and its first episode arrives on November 25.

That premiere is a two-hour episode, airing at 9pm Eastern and Pacific time on ID. A docuseries is a documentary told across several episodes, so the remaining episodes will follow in weekly instalments. They will roll out on Wednesdays after the premiere. The series will also be available to stream on HBO Max.

The show is directed and produced by Julian P. Hobbs, Elli Hakami and Adrian Murray for Investigation Discovery. Their names are on the credits for the whole run, from the opening episode to the last.

The brothers have been the subject of criminal cases for some time. Romanian prosecutors have indicted Andrew Tate on charges including trafficking minors and money laundering, according to the Associated Press. These are allegations. Earlier, in 2023, Reuters reported that Romanian prosecutors had sent him to trial on human trafficking charges.

The British government has also made claims about the pair. In October 2026, Reuters reported that Britain said the brothers used a "lover boy" model. In that model, a man lures women with the promise of a romantic relationship before exploiting them.

For viewers, the practical details are simple. The first night is a single two-hour sitting on ID on November 25. After that, a new episode arrives each Wednesday. Anyone who prefers to watch on a streaming service can use HBO Max.

Investigation Discovery is a channel known for true-crime programming, and this series puts a long-running public story into a format that unfolds one episode at a time. The brothers' legal cases are ongoing, and the charges are allegations that have not been decided in a court verdict. The docuseries is a documentary about those events, and it is set to air from late November.
