Pit of Goblin, an online horror co-op game, reaches its 1.0 release on 3 November. Co-op means players team up to face the game together. The title has been in early access since 2024, a stage where players buy and try a game while it is still being built, according to GameSpot.

The month brings several new arrivals to Xbox Game Pass, the Microsoft subscription that gives members access to a library of games for a monthly fee. Escape Academy 2: Back to School releases on 5 November as a day-one addition, meaning it is available on the service from launch. A PureXbox guide lists the game for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Warhammer Survivors follows on 10 November. It is a bullet-heaven game, a style where the hero fights off waves of enemies, often while the attacks fire on their own. GameSpot describes it as Vampire Survivors with a grimdark spin, meaning a bleak, brutal version of fantasy.

Hope in the City launches on 11 November. The game follows a young girl searching for her parents in the rougher corners of Shenyang, a large city in north-east China.

The service also has an outflow to plan around. GameSpot reports that 14 titles will leave Xbox Game Pass in the first wave of November departures. Members who want to play any of those titles will need to do so before they are removed.

Taken together, the month gives subscribers a horror co-op game at full release, two new single-player or action launches on the service, and a long list of departures to weigh.
