KATSEYE has postponed its concert at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit because member Megan Skiendiel is unwell. The group announced the change on Tuesday, 3 November, hours before the show was due to start at 7:00 PM.

The group said in a statement shared on Instagram Stories that Megan needed time to rest and recover from an illness it did not name. Rolling Stone reported the postponement. Venue officials also confirmed that the concert was being postponed because of the illness in the group, and the arena's website now lists the event as postponed.

The show was sold out, according to BND and Yahoo Entertainment. A postponement means the date is moved rather than dropped, so ticket holders keep their tickets for the new date. No new date for the Detroit concert has been announced.

Megan has been out of action before this year. In August, KATSEYE pulled out of its 29 August set at Olivia Rodrigo's Daisy Chain Fields festival. People reported that Megan had sprained her ankle during a rehearsal, and the group withdrew from the festival as a result.

For the people working on the tour, a postponed night still means a day of lost pay and a stage crew packing up without a show to run. Fans who travelled to Detroit for a sold-out night now wait to hear when the group will return to the city. Anyone holding a ticket should watch the official KATSEYE channels and the arena's listing for the new date.
