Marvel's Wolverine has sold 2.4 million copies, Sony said in its latest earnings materials. The figure was included in the company's quarterly financial results, published on 5 November 2026, and counts copies sold through 4 November 2026.

The game launched in September. It reached 2.4 million copies in roughly 50 days, according to Eurogamer. Sales figures like these are usually called "units," which means copies sold, whether bought at full price or through a sale.

Wolverine was September's best-selling game. Sony also said it delivered the highest launch-month dollar sales for a Sony-published game since Helldivers 2 in February 2024. Dollar sales measure the money a game brings in, not the number of copies.

The new total can be read alongside Sony's earlier results. Sony's own Marvel's Spider-Man 2 sold through 2.5 million units on its first day of release. GameSpot reported that Sony's Ghost of Yotei outperformed Wolverine in sales in just a few days.

For players, the number is a snapshot. Sony has not said how many of those copies were bought digitally or on which platform. Those splits are typically reported separately, if at all.
