Rosamund Pike is set to star in and produce Feed, a body horror film that will start its international sales next week at the American Film Market.

Deadline reported the project on 6 November 2026. Leslye Headland will direct from a script by Daniella Isaacs, which takes its inspiration from Hatching, a 2022 Finnish film.

Pike plays Erin, a mother who finds a collagen supplement that promises to make her tween gymnast daughter a star influencer. The daughter goes viral, and then begins a monstrous transformation. Pike is producing through her Primitive Streak banner.

The producing team includes Shelley Browning for Magnolia Entertainment, Steven Schneider for Spooky Pictures, Ara Keshishian and Petr Jakl for ZQ Entertainment, and Sam Ritzenberg for Agile Films. ZQ Entertainment financed the development of the script.

Veterans will handle the international sales rights, according to Variety.

The American Film Market is a trade event where sales companies show unfinished or newly made films to buyers from around the world. Those buyers, who run cinemas and streaming services in their own countries, decide which titles they will pay for. A deal signed in a market like this can shape where and when a film reaches audiences, sometimes a long time after the first pitch.

No release date or distributor for the United States was included in the announcements. Sales for Feed open next week.
